After receiving the wrong material, the right tile was shipped to me. I've now been asked to pay to ship the wrong material back, which I feel is wrong. I have it all boxed up and ready for mailing but will need a COD shipping arrangement to complete the transaction. A careless mistake in your shipping dept. shouldn't cost me a penny.
