Return Policy

Need to return something? No problem! We are here to keep you a satisfied customer even if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with a product. We will take your order back within 90 days from the purchase date. Just simply submit a Return Authorization Request (RAR) via this link and we will send you the Return Authorization.
 
Please keep in mind:
A. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping. This is how we can continue to offer free shipping on our orders.
B. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
C. Closeout sales, Sample orders, and Special Orders are final and non-returnable.
D. All returns must be in the original box and in the new and unused condition. Please pack the return items very well – tile is fragile. We will not be able to issue credits for any items returned broken.
E. A copy of the Return Authorization (RA) must accompany the return for credit to be issued.
F. Once we receive your return, you’ll be issued a refund within 7 business days based on the original form of payment.
