Return Policy

Need to return something? No problem! We are here to keep you a satisfied customer even if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with a product. Within 90 days of the order we will take it back. Just submit a Return Authorization Request (RAR) Form via this link.

Keep in mind:

A. You will be charged 15% restocking fee. This is how we can continue to offer free shipping. 

B. You will be responsible for all the return shipping related leg work and charges. That means you do get to pick your own vendor.

C. Closeout sales and Sample sales are final and non-returnable.

D. You will be reimbursed for items returned in the shape they were received by you. This means that unless that you had already filled and submitted Damaged in Transport Form, returned items need to be in the original untouched packaging and NOT broken when we receive them. 

E. Refunds are issued within 7 business days.
