How to Receive your Tiles

When Your Order Arrives

Inspect the delivery before you sign off with the courier. Check for any damages or missing items. Please note, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days. Check your tracking info for more details.

What if Your Order Arrives Broken?

Note any damages with the delivery person and file a damage claim on our website. Damage claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery otherwise the courier cannot accept your claim. Read our Damages Policy here for more info.

Freight Orders

If your order was shipped on a pallet via freight, expect a call from the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment*. All deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY. View our Shipping Policy for more details.
