How to Apply Sealer:
Step 1: Wipe down the surface to ensure that it is free from dirt and debris. Protect neighboring surfaces such as carpet and wood floors.
Step 2: Pour the Sealant into an applicator tray and begin applying using the foam applicator. Apply only enough sealant to wet the surface, do not over-apply. Allow the sealer to stand for 3-5 minutes for maximum penetration.
Step 3: Remove all excess sealer with a clean white towel or microfiber towel. Test an area with a few drops of water. If the water absorbs into the material; repeat step 2 after allowing it to dry for 2 hours. If the water does not absorb, the area is ready for foot traffic after 2 hours. The finished area must be kept dry and free of staining materials for 72 hours.
