Beautiful moulding, terrible stone quality

Received 2 pieces of these and both were terrible quality. The white Thassos looks gray with many dark spots throughout. I’m not able to use this with my Thassos select tile. Also, both arrived broken. I will be purchasing Thassos Chair rail from another company where it matches my Thassos select tile quality.

We are sorry about your experience. Unfortunately, sometimes materials get broken in transit, and I see that as soon as you let us know about broken items, we shipped out a replacement order. Natural variation of stone is an inherent feature of the material, and we understand that sometimes it is hard to match selected tile with moldings. We always recommend requesting current dye lot pictures or ordering samples because even the same Thassos products from different dye lots might have a different look.
