Installation & care

This product may arrive with a thin protective wax on the surface. This is applied at the factory to prevent surface scuffs—any smudges or film are normal, not a defect.

Before installation, wipe tiles with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner using a soft cloth; for stubborn spots, gently lift with a plastic scraper, then rinse and dry.

Do not use abrasives or acids to remove this wax; always test a small area first and contact us if you need help.
