Important Shipping & Unloading Requirements 

● Raised Loading Dock Strictly Required: A commercial delivery location equipped with a functional raised loading dock is mandatory for all slab shipments. Freight carriers are explicitly prohibited from dropping off shipments at any business or residential address lacking a standard raised loading dock.

● Equipment Recommendation: A heavy-duty forklift equipped with a specialized Boom slab attachment is highly recommended for safety. All alternative or improvised unloading options dramatically increase the risk of substantial product damage, structural failure, or severe personal injury. 

● Forklift Capacity Notice: Please note that cumulative weight increases significantly with higher slab counts. Ensure your equipment meets the required load limits; the utilization of heavy-duty fork extensions is strongly suggested. 

● Customer Liability & Responsibility: The receiving customer assumes sole and absolute responsibility for the entire unloading process, including the preservation of the material, safety protocols, and the physical well-being of all operating personnel involved. 

CRITICAL DELIVERY SITE CLAUSE: Customers are legally responsible for providing 100% accurate delivery site capabilities at the time of purchase. If a delivery location cannot accommodate the freight arrival as disclosed, and the carrier is unable to complete the delivery safely, the shipment will be immediately returned to the originating facility at the customer’s sole expense. 

Slab Shipping & Return Policy / Warranty Status 

● Final Sale & Special Order Designation: All product slabs are classified strictly as Special Order Items. Due to the highly customized handling, fragile nature, and complex logistics required to transport large-format slab materials, all sales are final. 

● No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds: Once a slab shipment has departed the originating facility, the order is completely ineligible for cancellation, return merchandise authorization (RMA), exchange, or financial refund. 

● Policy Acknowledgement: By executing an order placement, the customer acknowledges, understands, and binds themselves to these explicit delivery mandates, financial conditions, and operational responsibilities.
