Is this zellige tile and does it need spacers?

It is a zellige-style tile! While these pieces were not individually handmade, they have the look of handcrafted tiles. The surface texture and glaze will vary slightly from piece to piece for a unique look!

Yes, you do need spacers between each subway tile. A 1/8" grout joint between each piece is typically recommended.
