This is a great question! The trim pieces measure 1" х 8" - they cover 0.666667 linear feet per piece. Measure the side(s) that you would like to finish with the trim pieces and calculate how many linear feet to cover, then divide by 0.666667. You may need to order an extra piece or two to provide full coverage if you need to cut pieces to fit.
