These glass mosaic tiles have been approved to install on areas that are fully submerged, including pools, fountains, shower floors, jacuzzis, and other water features!

**The tile mix designs that make Navy Blue and Gold Gradient Mixed Squares Glass Tile are sheets of glass mosaic tiles are paper face-mounted - when unpacking your tile sheets, note that the visible glass surface is the back, and will be installed onto your mortar. The paper facing can be easily removed with water once the tiles have been installed and the adhesive has set, and before grout is applied.

Paper face-mounted tiles enable you to install a mosaic pattern easily without a visible mesh that can show through transparent glass tiles, and can improve bonding for submerged tiles installed in pools, shower pans, fountains, etc.

Paper Facing Glass Mosaics

Tile Club's 0.6"x 0.6" squares are Paper Face Mounted, leaving the ridged back exposed and the front of the tiles covered in a sheet of paper that is easily removed once the adhesive cures. This forms the most secure bond with the adhesive, ideal for wet areas like shower walls and floors or swimming pools. They're also a great low-maintenance choice for a backsplash, fireplace surround, or slip-resistant floor.

Installing Paper Facing Tiles

Once the glass adhesive dries to manufacturer's specifications, wet the paper facing with a sponge before slowly peeling away to reveal your gorgeous glass tiles. Grout in the color of your choice can then be applied.
