Made of travertine marble, this product lasts a long time and does not require any special maintenance. It is a great addition to your kitchen, dining room, bathroom, laundry room, hallway, and foyer Use our Spanish tile for a light traffic floor or walls. Add a natural stone backsplash, an accent border, a feature wall, and make your home pop!

We love how Texas interior designer Jennifer Kizzee Designs used this colorful tile as an accent in her beautiful Moroccan bathroom makeover! This stunning design combined bronze hanging lanterns over the standing bathtub with Tile Club's colorful mosaic tile in an arched niche in the wall to provide storage and gorgeous color. She also used the patterned stone mosaic tiles as decorative shower niches to offset the crisp white ceramic subway tiles. This vibrant tile played off the cobalt blue walls, wood vanity, and bohemian rug used to add bold color to this Moroccan bathroom redesign.

Ask a Question
  • What size is each small/individual square? How many squares per sheet?

There are 36 chips in one sheet, 2" each

  • What is the thickness?

    It is 1/4"

  • The instructions on the box say to use a sand free grout. Any other recommendations concerning the grout? Thank you

Yes, we recommend a sand-free grout - our recommended brand is Laticrete. You can choose a color that works for your preferences! We show it with Laticrete Bright White in our installation photos.

  • Can I use a white pre-mixed mastic or only thin set? Is this a natural stone? Do I need to use any decoupling material on the wall? Can this be applied straight to painted drywall? Thank you!

For this painted natural stone mosaic, we recommend using either Laticrete 253 or 254 Adhesive, or another natural stone approved adhesive. Pre-Mixed Mastiks, typically, are not recommended for natural stone.

As far as a decoupling material goes, this will make it less likely that any movement (especially in a newly built wall) does not transfer through the adhesive, cracking it, and also cracking the tile. I would refer to your tile installer to make that judgement whether this is necessary in your situation or not.

More often than not, a decoupling material is not necessary for a standard backsplash installation and can be installed directly to painted drywall.

  • are they suitable for a backsplash in a patio (i.e., outdoor) kitchen)? thanks.

Spanish Siesta Mosaic Tile is not recommended to be used outside just because direct sunlight may cause the tile surfaces to fade over time. Thanks for reaching out!
