These are porcelain terrazzo-look tiles so they are very low maintenance - no need to seal the tiles themselves although you may want to apply sealer to grout lines especially if used in wet areas. You can easily wipe up spills or sweep away dust and debris. You should be able to clean up most messes with warm water or you can use a cleaner approved for porcelain tiles.
What risks exist for staining with the desert tile?
The staining risk is minimal - the tiles are not porous like a stone/marble tile, although we recommend wiping up messy spills or splashes as quickly as you can. How durable are these tiles for use in kitchen floors?
