Miracle Sealants for Protection, Enhancement, and Care
A successful tile installation depends on more than the tile itself. The right sealer can help protect porous surfaces against moisture and staining, an enhancer can deepen natural color, and a compatible cleaner can support the finished installation without leaving harsh residue behind.
The Miracle Sealants collection provides options for marble, granite, limestone, slate, ceramic, quarry tile, grout, and other approved surfaces. Because these materials vary significantly in porosity and finish, the best product is determined by the surface itself, the installation environment, and whether you want to preserve or enrich its natural appearance.

Select a Sealer for the Surface
511 Impregnator for Medium-to-Dense Porous Materials
Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator is a penetrating sealer created for medium-to-dense porous surfaces. It forms an invisible barrier that resists moisture and stains while allowing vapor to escape, without functioning as a surface coating or changing the material’s natural appearance.
This makes it a useful option when the goal is protection without added sheen or intensified color. It is available in multiple sizes, including a 32-ounce quart for projects requiring greater coverage.
511 Porous Plus for Highly Porous Surfaces
Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus is formulated for more absorbent materials. The penetrating treatment creates an invisible barrier resistant to moisture and stains while maintaining vapor transmission.
It is designed for approved interior and exterior surfaces and is resistant to water, oil, and weather. The formula is offered in pint and quart sizes, allowing the quantity to be matched more closely with the project area and expected coverage.
Protect and Enrich Natural Color in One Step
Some installations benefit from a deeper, more saturated appearance rather than an invisible finish. Miracle Sealants 511 Seal & Enhance combines penetrating stain protection with color enhancement in a single formula.
It can enrich the appearance of approved granite, marble, limestone, slate, natural stone, ceramic, quarry tile, and grout surfaces. Honed, tumbled, textured, acid-washed, and weathered materials may gain greater tonal depth, while older installations can appear more vivid and refreshed.
Because an enhancer deliberately changes the way color is perceived, test it on an inconspicuous area or spare piece before treating the complete surface. A sample application reveals how the specific material, finish, and natural variation will respond. A 32-ounce quart is also available for larger approved projects.
Support Routine Care After Installation
Sealing is only one part of a long-term maintenance plan. Miracle Sealants 511 Kleen & Re-Seal is a ready-to-use, neutral-pH cleaner formulated to remove everyday dirt from ceramic, porcelain, and polished or unpolished natural stone while reinforcing protection with each use.
Its spray-and-wipe format suits counters, vanities, showers, tile furniture, and other approved surfaces. The non-abrasive formula cleans without acids, soapy residue, or streaking and can cover up to 500 square feet per 32-ounce container, depending on the surface.
Routine cleaning products should always be chosen according to the tile, stone, grout, finish, and sealer already in place. Using a compatible formula helps preserve both the appearance of the material and the protection established during installation.
Apply Sealer with Greater Control
An even application helps the sealer penetrate consistently and reduces unnecessary excess on the surface. The Miracle Sealants Mira Brush Applicator & Tray combines a dense foam applicator with a built-in tray that distributes solution across the working area.
The tool is designed for use with Miracle Sealants repellents and sealers, including 511 Impregnator and 511 Porous Plus. Its compact format is useful for floors, walls, counters, and other areas where controlled product distribution supports a more uniform application.
Build a Care Plan Around the Installation
Choose the initial sealer according to the material’s porosity and the finish you want to preserve or enhance. After installation, use compatible cleaning products and monitor how the surface responds to moisture and everyday use.
High-use kitchens, showers, bathroom floors, entryways, and commercial environments may need to be evaluated more frequently than lightly used decorative walls. Reapplication schedules depend on the product, surface, exposure, cleaning routine, and level of traffic rather than on one universal timeline.
Review each Miracle Sealants product page to compare approved materials, finish effects, coverage, container size, and application instructions before selecting the right formula for your project.
