The subtle color is excellent for a minimalist design paired with a hint of gloss and shine. This beautiful zellige-style tile from our Mallorca collection creates an incredible wall for a kitchen or bathroom backsplash or a timeless shower design with organic texture. Accent a Mallorca gray ceramic tile backsplash with natural wood butcherblock counters or pair it with modern concrete countertops to add a darker finish to the glossy ceramic. The gray color is light with a pearlescent finish, that will pick up ambient colors and complement your existing home design while adding a unique finish and elegant style anywhere it is installed! This material is sold by the box, covering over ten square feet per carton and each piece will have an individual look to keep these tiles from appearing too uniform.

** Tiles in the Mallorca collection are designed to have a unique, handcrafted appearance - there are slight surface variations from tile to tile, as well as two shades of gloss within each box. We recommend laying out your Mallorca Grey Ceramic Square tiles before you apply adhesive to make sure you like the mix of finishes before you install your tiles. This is an inherent feature of this type of tile.

All Mallorca tiles feature a pearl glazed finish. These pressed ceramic tiles feature intentional surface texture variation that give them a handmade look.

Installation & Application

Our zellige-style ceramic tiles should be used on indoor walls ony. They can be installed on a kitchen backsplash behind the stove, bathroom or shower wall, fireplace surround, or other indoor accent features. Tile Club Recommends a 3/16” grout joint for these pressed ceramic tiles.

This product may arrive with a thin protective wax on the surface. This is applied at the factory to prevent surface scuffs—any smudges or film are normal, not a defect.

Before installation, wipe tiles with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner using a soft cloth; for stubborn spots, gently lift with a plastic scraper, then rinse and dry.

Do not use abrasives or acids to remove this wax; always test a small area first and contact us if you need help.
