Does this tile need to be resealed after initial installation?
We do recommend initially sealing your tile and grout after they are first installed. Using a penetrating sealer intended for marble helps to keep porous materials like natural stone and grout as clean and pristine as possible from day 1. Once it has been initially sealed, you can perform a droplet test every 6 months or so to see if you need to re-seal - drip water on the stone or grout lines and see if it is absorbed into the material. If it is, it's time to reapply. If it beads and sits on top of the tile or grout, you can test again in another 6 months.
