this says paper face mounted, but the photos show a mesh on the back - which is it?
Our Speckled Black Squares Glass Pool tile and some of our other glass mosaics were photographed with a mesh backing so customers can see the face of the tiles without the paper in the way! They are also sampled on mesh so you can see how they look when installed.
When shipped, they will arrive with paper covering the front of the tiles, and the back of the tiles exposed. This has caused confusion as the back is ridged for improved bonding, so we show the face of the tile in the photos and include the mounting type in the description.
This type of mounting provides the best grip for these glass mosaic tiles, ensuring that they will have a firm bond even in submerged installations like a swimming pool or shower floor.
