1. Eligibility:

• The referral program is open to Tile Club Trade Customers who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.

2. How It Works:

• Participants can refer clients by sharing a unique referral link provided by Tile Club.
• Referred individuals must use the provided link to make a purchase.
• Purchase must be made by client, not the trade customer, in order to receive the cash back reward.

3. Reward Structure:

• Participants will receive a 5% Cashback reward of the subtotal for each successful referral purchase.
• The payout will occur 60 days after delivery of the product, outside of the return window.
• Any return amount will be deducted from the Cashback reward.
• Rewards are subject to change at the discretion of Tile Club.

4. Eligible Referrals:

• Multiple referrals can be made, but rewards are limited to one per new client.

5. Redemption:

• Rewards will be credited to the participant's account within 60 Days after the referred individual completes a qualifying purchase and the product is delivered.
• Rewards may be redeemed according to Tile Club’s policies.

6. Prohibited Activities:

• Participants may not engage in fraudulent or misleading activities to gain referrals.
• Tile Club reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms.

7. Modification and Termination:

• Tile Club reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Participants will be notified of any changes through email].

8. Liability:

• Tile Club is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or inaccurate referrals.
• Tile Club is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the referral program.

9. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
