If you're online-only, how do I see your tile in person?  

We understand you can only gauge so much from pictures - and that monitor settings can affect the color that you see online. You can order tile samples of all of our designs! Samples are a small piece of tile - usually 4" x 5" - to show the material, color, and finish in person. They're not meant to be installed, but to give you the chance to feel and see the designs in person, and to pair with paint swatches, fixtures, and other finishes as you work on your design! Samples ship free!

If you'd like to see a larger section, you can always order a sheet, piece, or box of tile to see the full pattern or amount of variation. We also offer Lot Photos upon request. Our team will send a picture of the current lot of the tile that is ready to ship - you can see a full sheet or pieces side by side to see the natural level of variance and color in the design.

How Much Tile Do I Need?

Every product page has a Tile Calculator. You can enter the dimensions of the area you are planning to tile to calculate how many square feet you need to cover. The calculator will then determine how many units of the tile (either sheets, boxes, or pieces, depending on how it is sold) you need to cover that area.

*Remember that you need additional coverage to fill in gaps, allow materials to be cut and fitted around outlets, door frames, etc. and other overage. Tile experts always recommend you add an additional 10% to your measurements to make sure you have enough tile for your installation without needing to order more. How much does shipping tile cost?  

We offer Free Ground Shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States. All shipments are made through third-party transit companies, such as FedEx, UPS, or freight companies. Samples also ship for free!

If you need rush shipping, you can see the expedited shipping upgrades at checkout and it will calculate the additional shipping charges for faster delivery. We also offer shipping rates to AK, HI, PR, U.S. Virgin Islands as well as international shipping options. Shipping charges as well as customs and import fees will be calculated at checkout.

Where are you located? Do you have multiple locations?  

We're based in California! We offer all of our tiles through our online-only shop so you can access the beautiful designs we carry no matter where you are! We don't have a showroom or retail space - we offer tile samples and lot photos so you can preview them in person before you buy!

What if I want to return the tile I bought?

We have a 45-Day Return Policy. Tiles must be unused and in saleable condition when they are received by our team. If returning tiles that are sold by the box, the entire box must be returned. Orders returned within 45 days from the delivery date are eligible for a refund, minus a 15% to 25% restocking fee depending on the product type. Return shipping charges are not covered by Tile Club. Closeout tiles, tools, custom orders, and tile samples are not returnable.

What if my tile is damaged when it's delivered?  

As much as we try to ensure all tiles are shipped safely, damages can occur in transit. No need to submit a return! We ask that you inspect the tile upon delivery, and immediately notify us of any damages per our Damage Policy. We'll arrange a replacement shipment to make sure you can complete your project, and file a claim with the shipping company.
